1. Name, age, country and Battle tag.
Name: Ronan
Age: 24
Country: Ireland
B-tag: OutcastRY#2862

2. Link to armory (please log out in gear you will raid in).
Priest (Main): https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/chara ... heridon/eo
Monk: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/chara ... eridon/wig
Druid: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/chara ... don/resteo

3. Heart of Azeroth level?
20 on main
Monk slightly behind that and the druid is around 15

4. What are our raiding times, and do they suit you?
Wednesday 19.45-23.30
Sunday 19.45-23.30
Monday 20:45-23:30
& yes

5. What lootsystem do we use? (This is meant to see that you have read our rules)
Players decide if they need or want to trade. If they trade it goes to loot council.

6. What guilds you were in and reasons for leaving? (short description)
Proud-Magtheridon (left to raid more seriously)
Dark Intent-Magtheridon (Quit the game due to real life taking over at the time)

7. Logs of your past raids (it's not only your percentiles we are interested in)

https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/2v ... pe=healing
https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/qW ... e=healing

8. Screenshot of your UI (in a raiding situation)

9. What are the sites you use to keep up to date on your spec/class?
Mostly use warcraft logs & focusedwill/their discord to keep up to date with the disc side of things. As for holy I check logs, and look towards wowhead, along with a few different discords to get an idea. Mostly look at the top players and compare what they do to what I do via logs.

10. Info about alts (if any)
I used to main Mistweaver in WoD/EN so I can play it to a decent level. I'm new to RDruid but can play it to a good standard also. The monk is more geared/maintained than the druid.

11. How did you hear about our guild, what made you apply?
WoWProgress & Your "what we offer" section just seemed to tick all the boxes I want when looking for a place to raid.

12. Describe the hardest PVE boss you killed (ever) - how long did your guild work on it, what was hard, what was good about the fight etc..
Guldan progress was probably the hardest boss I killed while it was current. Forget the exact pull count but was over 100. That boss was quite hard for pre 7.2.5 disc priest especially because the spec used to guzzle mana at that time so every 30 second window needed to be planned out to play it correctly, or even just make it through the boss. Hardest part was keeping up with the others, especially mobility wise but the best part of it was that disc could handle those crazy overlaps in P2 very very well with insane burst healing. Being able to solo cooldown some of those spots really helped take the pressure off the others so they could use cooldowns as more "panic buttons".

13. Anything else that could convince us that you are a good addition to our raids.
I like doing log analysis. Since disc really needs to plan heavily and know when/where the damage comes from I always end up doing it anyway. So finding places where I/we could improve and suggesting those during downtime could be considered helpful.

14. Your plans for the next 6 months - will you be AFK on vacation or take a break from raiding?
I'm currently a Freelance Digital Designer looking for fulltime work, so right now i have a lot of freetime but don't plan on going away for any extended period of time in the next year.

15. Do you know anyone in the guild?
Nope!

Hey Ronan!

Thanks for the apply.

Sadly we have decided to decline your application, best of luck in your search for a guild - and good luck in Uldir!
