3. Heart of Azeroth level?
Only 21 atm

4. What are our raiding times, and do they suit you?
Wednesday 19.45-23.30
Sunday 19.45-23.30

Yes, they suit me!

5. What lootsystem do we use? (This is meant to see that you have read our rules)
RCLootSystem, keep it if you want but if you dont want it officers will decide who you should give it to.

6. What guilds you were in and reasons for leaving? (short description)
I haven't played WoW for long, started in WoD but only played in WoD for like a month and then quit until Legion.

Apotheosys - My first raiding guild, this was in emerald nightmare in Legion. When I joined them, I was still very very new to the game with very little playtime. This was when I had started to become more and more decent, was looking at logs all the time and had other resto druids review logs for me as well. The guild was ranked around 700-1100 on the kills we got, but later disbanded when we were 5/7m.

Stopped playing for a long while, only played occassionally with irl friends in ToS and Nighthold. Then I started playing again in Antorus and just started becoming better and joined Echelon midprogress.

Echelon - Joined them in Antorus. They were a world 200 guild and the GM decided to give me a shot due to how fast I had improved. I jumped into mid progress with them and I performed well. Sadly on Argus me and the other resto druid got benched to make room for hpala and disc priest since that comp was deemed stronger. Disbanded after Antorus because guild master didnt have enough time to run a guild and raidlead.

8. Screenshot of your UI (in a raiding situation)
Here are 2 clips of me in a random HC pug (keep in mind i just woke up when i recorded this so i had some misplays)

Usually I will track healer externals as well but not in hc pugs

9. What are the sites you use to keep up to date on your spec/class?
To keep up to date with nerfs and buffs and shit, druid discord for sure. Always discussions regarding those things there.
10. Info about alts (if any)
I mean, I have 1 healer alt in 120 but it's not geared at all. Holy Paladin. Don't have so much xp on holy pala either but could probably learn to make it playable.
11. How did you hear about our guild, what made you apply?
I found you through wowprogress, I decided to apply because you seemed to have the same mindset on this game as me and seemed professional.
12. Describe the hardest PVE boss you killed (ever) - how long did your guild work on it, what was hard, what was good about the fight etc..
Aggramar Mythic world 200ish. I mean, I jumped into it while they were already mid progress and with barely any experience in those ranks (i had only been in 1 guild before and that was rank 1000 or something) so the hardest things was probably to have to learn the fight and mechanics very fast while they had very many pulls already and knew the basics. I don't remember how many raid days it took us but it probably took us 3-4 days. Overall, I think it went very well for me and I performed very well. Rarely ever failed mechanics even though I was completely new, because I had spent quite some time preparing with guides, reading on abilities to get an understanding and grip of what they do. Leader was satisfied as well and I got a perma spot in Argus until they decided that 2xresto + rsham + priest was not the best comp for that fight, so me and resto druid got benched for hpalas.

13. Anything else that could convince us that you are a good addition to our raids.
Okay, so I hate typing this kinda shit about myself but I think I could be a good addition since I'm a very fast learner, I learn mechanics fast, I spend time preparing for a raid and reading on mechanics. I am also never playing for HPS, if there is critical need of spotheals on someone, I will cast a regrowth even though its very mana inefficient for me. I am very co-operative with other healers, have no problems giving up my innervate or something to another healer, as long as it is benefitial to the raid. I believe the teamwork between healers is very important for a raids progress, if all healers stay quiet and don't discuss anything with eachother when they're having problems, it will really slow down progress. For example in my last guild, there were 2 healers who hated eachother and were completely unwilling to discuss stuff with eachother. That really really slowed down progress, because they both wanted to use their cds first for the logs, overlapped on cds quite a bit, and one of them completely refused to spotheal anything at all which was a pain in the ass on Argus especially. But of course everyone else only sees his HPS including GM and thought he was the best...

And lastly, I would like to say : I know that I lack experience raiding, but I think I have improved exceptionally fast and that I will keep improving very fast if I could start raiding in a guild again. That's why I believe you should consider me despite lacking experience in this game.
14. Your plans for the next 6 months - will you be AFK on vacation or take a break from raiding?
I might go on vacation for a week from octobre 3rd to octobre 10th. It depends on my paycheck I get this month. Other than that, no, do not think so.
15. Do you know anyone in the guild?
Nope.

Hej Jonatan!

Thank you for your application.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a trial.

This is unfortunate both for you and for us: We really liked your enthusiasm & mindset and think you could make a good addition, but already having a 30 man roster (including 1 main resto druid & a boomkin with exceptionally strong resto off-spec) we simply can't justify recruiting another druid right now, as we don't recruit for the bench.

This is the exact mindset we're looking for in our healers, keep doing what you do and I'm certain you won't struggle finding a good guild!
